The daily narration won't play. Check your connection — narration audio streams from our servers. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
I'm not getting my morning reminder. Make sure notifications are enabled for Porch in iOS Settings, and that Focus or the Notification Summary isn't holding it back. You can set the reminder time on the Profile screen.
How do I delete my account? Open the Profile screen and choose Delete Account, or email us and we'll remove your account and reflections.
